3-Year Limited Warranty
Every Exochef BBQ is backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, parts, and labour under normal residential use.
If an issue comes up, our support process is designed to be simple, trackable, and efficient. Approved claims are handled through our support ticket system so each request can be reviewed, followed, and resolved properly.
What’s Covered
For 3 years from the original purchase date, Exochef will repair or replace defective parts or products caused by:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Faulty components
- Structural failure under normal use
- Workmanship-related issues
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, drops, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless approved in writing
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
- Heat discoloration, smoke staining, grease marks, or surface aging from normal cooking
- Rust or corrosion caused by improper cleaning, storage, or harsh environments
- Use of non-approved fuels, accessories, or replacement parts
- Failure to follow the product manual, safety instructions, or maintenance guidelines
Consumable or wear items may have limited coverage depending on the issue and usage history.
Shipping & Replacement Parts
For approved warranty claims, Exochef will cover the cost of shipping replacement parts to the customer.
If a product or major component needs to be returned for inspection or repair, the customer may be responsible for shipping it to Exochef or an authorized service location.
If the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty defect, Exochef will cover the return shipping after repair or replacement.
In some cases, Exochef may provide a prepaid shipping label, especially when the issue is clearly documented with photos, video, or support review.
How to Start a Claim
To begin a warranty or support request, complete the warranty form and include as much detail as possible. Clear photos or video help us resolve most issues faster, often without requiring the product to be returned.

Warranty Claim Review Process
Proof of Purchase
Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase. Accepted proof may include an order confirmation, retail receipt, dealer invoice, online purchase record, or Kickstarter/campaign order confirmation.
The warranty period begins from the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise approved by Exochef.
