Exochef may describe products, features, modules, materials, specifications, dimensions, accessories, and expected performance on this website. Product details may change as development, testing, sourcing, certification, manufacturing, and production planning continue.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but product images, renders, prototypes, specifications, pricing, availability, launch timing, and included components may be updated without notice.

5. Pre-Orders, Launch Campaigns, and Kickstarter

Exochef may collect pre-order interest, waitlist registrations, launch notifications, or early-access inquiries through this website. Submitting your information does not guarantee product availability, pricing, launch timing, or delivery.

Initial sales are expected to take place through Kickstarter. If you support Exochef through Kickstarter, your pledge or order may be subject to Kickstarter’s platform terms, payment rules, reward structure, fulfillment policies, and campaign-specific disclosures.

Estimated delivery timelines, if provided, are estimates only and may be affected by product development, tooling, manufacturing, certification, shipping, customs, supplier availability, or other operational factors.

Exochef products are cooking devices that may involve heat, flame, fuel, smoke, grease, electricity, gas, charcoal, pellets, or other potentially hazardous conditions depending on the configuration. Users are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, manuals, safety guidance, and applicable laws before using any Exochef product.

• Use products only in safe, appropriate, and well-ventilated environments.
• Keep children, pets, and flammable materials away from hot equipment.
• Do not modify, misuse, or operate products in a way not approved by Exochef.
• Follow all local rules related to fire, fuel use, outdoor cooking, gas appliances, and public spaces.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works based on Exochef intellectual property without written permission from Exochef LLC.
